The American media outlet reported: Iranians commemorated the anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution on Wednesday with large-scale rallies across the country.

This morning, millions of people took to the streets in Tehran, cities, villages, and various regions of Iran’s provinces to commemorate the 47th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. This year, more than 1,400 locations across the country are hosting marches, and according to official statistics, around 7,200 domestic journalists and nearly 200 foreign journalists are covering the events to bring the public’s presence and programs to the world’s attention.
