Not even one German is “delighted” with the ruling party’s performance!

According to Russia Today, according to the findings of the ARD-DeutschlandTREND survey, not a single citizen of this country who participated in this survey is fully satisfied with the performance of the government of Olaf Schultz, the Prime Minister of Germany.

Germany is currently governed by the so-called “traffic light” coalition consisting of the Social Democratic Party led by Schultz, the Free Democrats, and the Greens. According to this survey, the percentage of Germans who said that they are satisfied with the performance of the ruling coalition is “zero” and only 19% said that they are somewhat satisfied with the performance of the government.

The overall rate of dissatisfaction with the policies of the German government reached 81%, and 38% said that they were “not at all satisfied with the government.”

Half of the supporters of the Social Democratic Party and the Greens have admitted that they are currently less satisfied with the performance of the government. This figure is even lower among the supporters of other parties so only 17% of the supporters of the Free Democratic Party and 11% of the supporters of the Christian Democratic Union and Christian Social Union expressed relative satisfaction with the performance of the ruling coalition.

Also, about 96 percent of the supporters of the new left-wing party “Logic and Justice” led by Sarah Wagencherst said that they are dissatisfied with the performance of the traffic light coalition, and none of the supporters of the right-wing party “Alternative for Germany” express their satisfaction with the performance of the government.

The center-left coalition led by Schultz suffered a heavy defeat in last month’s EU parliamentary elections, finishing third behind the Conservatives and the Alternative for Germany, and as a result, the country’s opposition called for early elections. The Social Democratic Party won only 14% of the votes in the European Parliament elections with the worst performance in recent decades.

Schultz attributed his party’s poor performance to voter dissatisfaction and opposition to Berlin’s military support for Ukraine and sanctions on Russia, but also claimed that “there is no alternative to changing this approach.”
