In the statement of the Pakistan Army, it is stated: This joint military exercise was in the field of counter-terrorism, exchange of training methods of the armed forces of the two countries and sharing of experiences.
During the visit of the Pakistan Army Commander to Indonesia in late 2014, the two countries agreed to deepen military cooperation and defense training.
