Pakistan army warns of possible response to India.
In response to India’s recent accusations against his country, Pakistan’s army spokesman, General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, while rejecting these claims, warned that if Pakistan decides to take military action, the consequences will be very wide.
He stated: “If Pakistan attacks India at a time and place of its choosing, the whole world will know about it and its echoes will be heard everywhere.”
Chaudhry called India’s accusations against Pakistan of border attacks baseless and an “imaginary defense” and added: “We saw the same passion and fascination you have for imaginary attacks in 2016. At that time, it was also claimed that an attack had taken place, but in reality, nothing had happened.”
The Pakistani military spokesman also took a dig at the propaganda atmosphere in India, saying: “The Indian government should come back from the theater and cinema to the real world. We live in the 21st century, every missile launched has a digital signature and can be traced. You cannot make up any story and present it as fact.”
The remarks come as border tensions between India and Pakistan have escalated in recent days, raising concerns about the possibility of a wider conflict.
