PNN – Pakistani politicians emphasized that the election of Ayatollah Khamenei is a shameful defeat for America and Zionism.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Khawaja Saad Rafiq, a prominent politician from the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz party, posted a message on X, writing: The election of Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, the heir to the caravan of martyrs, as the Supreme Leader of Iran is a shameful defeat for American colonialism and Zionism.
He added: God willing, the Iranian nation will continue to resist by raising the flag of Hussein and will be victorious. Donald Trump, Netanyahu and their companions are enemies of humanity and part of an evil regime. No nation in the world, including their own, respects them; humiliation and disgrace are their destiny.
On the other hand, Raja Nasser Abbas Jafari, the leader of the opposition in the Pakistani Senate, also published a message on X, congratulating the Iranian nation on the election of Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei as the new leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and emphasized that Ayatollah Khamenei’s martyrdom at the hands of the United States and the Zionist regime has strengthened the resolve of those who stand on the path of dignity, resistance, and justice.
Raja Nasser continued to describe Imam Khamenei’s life as a symbol of resistance against oppression, adding that his legacy will continue to guide the Islamic nation.
The opposition leader of the Pakistani Senate also prayed for the success of the new Iranian leader and expressed hope that God would grant him wisdom, strength, and divine support to continue the mission of Imam Khamenei.
In another part of his message, he prayed for the Palestinian people and other oppressed nations and emphasized that those who believe in the path of resistance will stand by Iran in confronting oppression and imperialism.
