Pakistani and Malaysian leaders are consulting on decisive action against Israeli crimes.

According to the official news agency of the Pakistani government, during the official visit of the country’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif to Malaysia, the two countries signed six cooperation documents.

Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, while welcoming his Pakistani counterpart during a joint press conference in Putrajaya, stated that Malaysia is strengthening defense and anti-terrorism cooperation with Pakistan.

Referring to developments in South Asia, he said that peace between Pakistan and India is vital for regional stability.

The Malaysian Prime Minister also praised Pakistan’s positions in supporting Palestine and stopping the genocide in Gaza, saying, “We welcome the US President’s plan for Gaza. At the same time, Malaysia has its own reservations about the framework of this plan.”

Anwar Ibrahim added that Malaysia, along with Pakistan, calls for decisive measures to end the suffering of the people of Gaza.

Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif also stated in the meeting that his country is committed to macro-economic cooperation with Malaysia to achieve common goals.

Shahbaz Sharif’s visit to Malaysia came in response to Anwar Ibrahim’s official visit to Islamabad in October last year.
