Pakistani press covers funeral of Hezbollah martyrs.
Online media and news sites of Pakistani networks, reflecting the news of the magnificent funeral ceremony of the late Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and his deputy, Martyr Sayyed Hashem Safiuddin, reported that tens of thousands of people gathered in Beirut to mourn the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
The Sama News website wrote: The bodies of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and his deputy were buried among tens of thousands of Hezbollah supporters, marking a historic scene.
The report states: Thousands of people inside Lebanon and a large number of foreign guests from different countries arrived in Beirut and bid farewell to the late Secretary General of the Hezbollah resistance group in a stadium.
Sama News, citing the words of Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem, wrote that today’s event in Beirut is a clear sign of resistance and a clear message to the enemies that our efforts and sacrifices will continue.
The Radio Pakistan website also wrote: Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the late Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, who was martyred by Israel in late September 2024 (Mohar), was buried today in the presence of tens of thousands of Lebanese and supporters from abroad.
The website of the English-language newspaper News in Islamabad also referred to the presence of tens of thousands of supporters of the Resistance Front in Beirut for the funeral of the bodies of Hezbollah martyrs and wrote: Sheikh Naim Qassem, the new Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, announced that this movement will never surrender to terror and occupation and that the resistance will continue.
The English-language newspaper Business Recorder also referred to the reading of the message of His Holiness Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei to the participants in the funeral ceremony of the bodies of the Lebanese Hezbollah martyrs and wrote: The Supreme Leader of Iran emphasized the continuation of the path of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and the resistance against the Israeli regime.
