Pakistani Senator: Farewell to the Leader of the Resistance is a Renewal of Commitment to Continue the Path of the Martyrs.
Senator Allama Nasser Abbas Jafari, Chairman of the Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MW) of Pakistan, said today in a message on the sidelines of the farewell ceremony for martyrs Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashim Safiuddin from Beirut: We are steadfast in the path of these dear martyrs, although our hearts are saddened by the farewell to these brave commanders, but today we renew our pledge once again to the ideals of the martyrs of the freedom of Palestine.
He added: We honor the memory of all the dear martyrs and heroes of Quds, including General Soleimani, Ismail Haniyeh, and Yahya Sinwar, and declare our commitment to fully support the fighters of the resistance front.
The Pakistani parliamentarian said: These sacrifices and sacrifices have never been in vain, and the day is not far when the oppressed and oppressed nations will witness the liberation of Quds al-Sharif from the clutches of the Zionist enemy and the defeat of the criminal supporters of this regime, including America.
He emphasized: We assure the oppressed people of Gaza and Lebanon that we will stand by them until our last breath, and in this war of right against wrong, victory and pride will definitely belong to those who seek justice.
Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, was martyred on Friday, October 27, 2024 (corresponding to September 27, 2024) during an Israeli airstrike on the southern suburbs of Beirut. This attack, carried out by the Zionist regime’s fighter jets, targeted Hezbollah’s headquarters in Beirut.
This attack also resulted in the martyrdom of a number of senior Hezbollah commanders and Brigadier General Abbas Nilforoshan, Deputy Chief of Operations of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, who were present at the scene.
Martyr Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Lebanese Hezbollah, was also martyred on October 4, 2024 (corresponding to October 4, 2024) during an Israeli airstrike on the southern suburbs of Beirut. The attack, which was part of a wider Israeli operation against Hezbollah positions, was carried out using heavy bombs and resulted in the destruction of several buildings.
On October 23, 2024, Hezbollah officially announced his martyrdom, as the search and identification of his body was delayed due to the severity of the destruction and the Zionist forces preventing relief forces from reaching the site.
The funeral ceremony for the martyrs Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, former Secretary General of Hezbollah, and Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din, his deputy, is currently being held in Beirut.
