“Pakistan’s Former Deputy FM: Hajj Season Does Not Live Up to Expectations in Supporting Palestine”

On the other hand, there are currently more than 2 million pilgrims in Mecca. This year’s Hajj season is very important due to the events that have occurred in the world and the movements that have formed in support of the Palestinian people around the world. Therefore, this year’s Hajj can be considered a turning point for supporting the oppressed people of Gaza and condemning the crimes and genocide of the Zionist regime.
In this regard, the Mehr news agency’s Urdu service conducted an interview with “Shamshad Ahmad Khan”, Pakistan’s permanent representative to the United Nations, the former ambassador of Pakistan in Tehran and Seoul, which follows:
Shamshad Ahmad Khan condemned the recent crimes of the Zionist regime against the “Nusirat camp” and said: “The Islamic world should establish a military alliance like NATO to solve its problems such as the Palestinian issue.” America has created NATO together with Western countries for war and the Islamic world must form a military alliance to defend itself. To achieve this, Islamic countries must put aside their differences and seriously consider solutions in this field.
This prominent Pakistani diplomat added: Countries like Iran, Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Egypt, Qatar, Malaysia and Bangladesh can unite in this military alliance and achieve the world’s political, economic and defense goals in this way.
The world still needed a leader
The former ambassador of Pakistan in Tehran while expressing his condolences on the occasion of the martyrdom of martyrs, especially the president of our country, said: Martyr Raisi’s trip to Pakistan was very important. Although he did not get the opportunity to give a public speech in front of the people, he had a special desire to do this and expressed it publicly. Now the world needs a president like Martyr Ayatollah Seyed Ebrahim Raisi more than ever. His martyrdom is a great loss for the Islamic Ummah. Shahid Raisi and Shahid Hossein Amirabdollahian took the best steps to highlight the issue of Palestine at the global level.
Regarding the condemnation of Israel’s crimes during Hajj in Saudi Arabia, this former representative of Pakistan in the United Nations said: Arab princes have left authentic Islam and started another path. Israel is currently holding Muslim countries hostage. The Arab princes have collaborated with Israel, and because of this, there is no hope for gatherings and solidarity with the Palestinian people during Hajj.
The former deputy foreign minister of Pakistan said: Saudi Arabia wanted to publicize the normalization with Israel, but the Palestinians failed these sinister goals with the Al-Aqsa storm. We Muslims must free ourselves from the clutches of America.
In the end, he said: The solidarity of the people and the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran towards the oppressed people of Palestine is admirable, the people of Pakistan also have their hearts beating for the Palestinian people, but the rulers of the Arab countries have stabbed the Palestinians in the back.
