PNN – In response to the US veto of the Security Council resolution on the Gaza ceasefire, Palestinian groups accused Washington of being an accomplice of the Zionist regime in the genocide in Gaza.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Mahmoud Mardavi, a leader of the Hamas movement, announced after the US vetoed a Security Council resolution on the situation in Gaza: The US’s use of the veto against the ceasefire in Gaza is clear complicity and full and direct participation in the crime of genocide.
The Hamas leader appreciated the position of the 10 countries that submitted the draft resolution and called for continued pressure on the Israeli regime to stop the aggression and hold the leaders of the occupying regime accountable.

The Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, in response to the US action, said in a statement: The US’s use of the veto against stopping the crimes of genocide is another proof that the Trump administration is the real partner and main instigator of these crimes.
The statement continued: The Trump administration’s position is one of disregard for international law and the people of the region, as well as the governments of the region.
The Mujahedeen Movement, a Palestinian resistance group, also stressed in response to the US action in vetoing the ceasefire resolution in Gaza: This US action is a clear document for the Zionists to commit further killings and genocide in Gaza.
The United States, using its veto power, rejected a draft UN Security Council resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza and allowing humanitarian aid access to the region.
