Residential areas in Gaza are razed to the ground
Al Jazeera’s correspondent reported that the attacks of the Zionist regime’s fighters have continued against different areas of the Gaza Strip for the past few hours.
Local Palestinian sources confirmed that the Israeli warplanes razed a residential area in the Shaburah camp in Rafah, located in the south of the Gaza Strip.
These barbaric attacks were carried out hours ago against the Al-Darj and Sheikh Rizwan neighborhoods located in Gaza City.
At least four Palestinians were killed and three others were injured during the Zionist attacks on residential houses in Al Jala Street in Gaza City.
These airstrikes by the Zionist regime’s fighters also included the al-Manara neighborhood located in the southeast of Khan Yunis, and as a result, several innocent Palestinians were injured.
In addition to the aerial bombardment of various areas of the Gaza Strip, the Zionist regime’s artillery attacks against the al-Maghraqa area, located north of the Nusirat camp, also continue.
These artillery attacks also set fire to the Al-Qarara area located in the southeast of Deir al-Balah in the center of Gaza.
Meanwhile, the national groups in Tulkarem announced that they will go on a nationwide strike today in response to the crimes of the Zionist regime in the Gaza Strip.
The attack on the West Bank and the conflict in this area
On the other hand, Palestinian sources reported the renewed attack of the Zionist forces on the West Bank and the occurrence of a conflict in this area.
According to Al Jazeera, Zionist soldiers attacked the city of al-Bireh in the West Bank this morning.
These aggressor elements also attacked the Aqaba Jabr camp located near the city of Jericho in the east of the West Bank. Local sources reported the occurrence of intense clashes between the Palestinian resistance forces and the occupying elements in Shuafat camp and Ras Khamis neighborhood in the northeast of occupied Jerusalem.
These conflicts also extended to the Al-Esawiya area located in the northeast of occupied Jerusalem.
In the past few hours, Zionist soldiers were stationed near the village of Faqua located in Jenin, as well as the entrance to the Balaa area in the northeast of Tulkarm.
During the attack of the aggressors on the city of Qalqilyeh in the West Bank, 2 Palestinian youths were wounded by their bullets.
Palestinian families have been forced to flee many times
On the other hand, the executive director of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) pointed to the dire situation of Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip in the shadow of the continuing crimes of the Zionist regime.
According to Al Jazeera, UNICEF’s executive director stressed that Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip are facing another week full of brutal crimes.
He further added: Media reports indicate that a large number of these children died in the attack on Khan Yunis.
The executive director of UNICEF stated: that Palestinian families are repeatedly forced to flee their homes.
He also stated that the families living in the Gaza Strip have no safe place to take shelter.
