Administrative detention is actually imprisonment without specific charges and without trial, which is implemented by the Zionist regime.

The Zionist regime resorts to the policy of “administrative detention” to detain Palestinian civilians without specific charges and without trial, which deprives the detainee and his lawyer of knowing the reasons for the detention and, in most cases, leads to re-detention several times in a row.
