Palestinian supporters call for cancellation of France-Israeli football match.
According to AFP, video footage released on Monday showed Palestinian supporters lying on the ground or holding placards with political slogans and Palestinian flags at the French Football Federation headquarters in Paris.
Some protesters chanted: “No to the France-Israel match at the Stade de France.”
According to French media reports, police peacefully removed the protesters from the headquarters of the Football Federation.
The match between the French and Israeli football teams is scheduled to be held in Paris on November 14.
The crimes of the Israeli regime in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and Lebanon have met with global outrage, and protesters have called for a boycott of the regime in various fields, including sports, as well as academia and weapons.
