PNN – On the eve of the march of the Zionist settlers known as the “Flag March” in the occupied city of Quds, the Palestinian resistance committees and the Islamic movement in the occupied territories called for the large presence of Palestinians in the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the city of Quds to neutralize this movement of the Zionists.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoting Al-Ahed base, Kamal al-Khatib, the vice president of the Islamic movement in the occupied territories, demanded the presence of Palestinians in the Al-Aqsa Mosque in order to confront the Zionist settlers.
At the same time, the Popular Resistance Committees announced in a statement: Today, Wednesday, should be a special day in defense of the Islam of Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque and the support and assistance of the Palestinian nation and its resistance in Gaza.
This statement states: Our gathering is a message to the settlers and their supporters that Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque are Islamic and we defend it with our lives and blood.

The Palestinian People’s Resistance Committee added: We ask our nation to be present in Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque to defend them against the settlers who are holding a flag march today.
These calls were raised following the so-called “Flag” march of the Zionist settlers. Tel Aviv has mobilized 3,000 police officers to provide security for this march, which will be held in the streets of occupied Jerusalem and the “Bab al-Moud” area.
This march passes through Bab al-Amoud, one of the old doors of Al-Aqsa Mosque in the eastern part of the occupied Jerusalem, and the Zionist marchers wave the flags of this regime and shout racist slogans.
This march with the participation of the Zionists starts from the western part of the occupied Jerusalem and passes through Bab al-Moud to Alwad Street in the old part of this city and the Baraq Wall, during which the settlers usually attack commercial shops and Palestinians as well. Itamar Ben Goyer, Minister of Internal Security of the Zionist regime, announced yesterday Tuesday that he will participate in this march before the Zionist settlers.
The Palestinians have announced that the Zionist regime is taking steps to Judaize the eastern part of Jerusalem, especially Al-Aqsa Mosque, and destroy its Arab and Islamic context.
