PNN – The President of Colombia warned Donald Trump against any attack on his country’s sovereignty.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al Mayadeen, Colombian President Gustavo Petro, in a sharp reaction to possible US threats, warned Donald Trump that any attack on Colombian sovereignty would mean a “declaration of war” and would destroy two centuries of diplomatic relations.
Petro challenged Trump, citing his administration’s widespread destruction of drug labs, and invited him to Colombia to learn about methods to combat cocaine.

He told Trump: Come to Colombia to participate in the destruction of the nine laboratories that we destroy every day so that cocaine does not reach your country. I will teach you how to destroy them.
The Colombian president stated bluntly: Do not threaten us, because by doing so you will wake up the tiger.
Petro stressed that his government has so far destroyed 18,400 drug laboratories without using missiles.
He also highlighted Colombia’s role in preventing drug trafficking, noting: If there’s one country that has helped stop thousands of tons of cocaine from reaching American consumers, it’s Colombia.
Trump said an hour ago: We will launch ground attacks as part of the fight against drug cartels in Latin America.
He added: I want to destroy the drug boats, and if we have to, we will attack from land.
