Poliansky: Europe’s Russophobia has bad consequences.
According to Reuters, the First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations criticized the Russophobic approach of Europe.
Dmitry Polyansky, the first deputy permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations, said on Tuesday that the European Union made a big mistake by identifying Russia as its enemy.
The senior Russian diplomat said at the Security Council meeting about the European Union: “I am simply stating that the European Union is committing a major strategic error in advancing its Russophobic agenda and by trying to portray Russia as an enemy.”
Polansky noted that this is even though Russia has never taken aggressive action against the European Union.
The deputy representative of Russia at the UN also added that Russia has not implemented any anti-European plan so far, but Brussels is still trying to oppose Russia and this will end badly for Europe.
