Based on this, the issue of shortening Netanyahu’s political life has been raised in the recent meetings of the White House with the presence of Biden, and this includes discussions that have taken place since Biden’s trip to occupied Palestine.
“Biden has gone so far as to suggest that Netanyahu think about the lessons he should share with his inevitable successor,” Politico reported, citing two senior U.S. officials.
According to the report, the Biden administration believes that Netanyahu does not have much time left in power, and the White House expects him to last a few months, or at least until the end of the initial phase of the Gaza war.
Politico continued: “At one point during the trip [to Occupied Palestine], Biden advised Netanyahu to consider a scenario for his successor, which implied that Netanyahu might not be in power for long.”
