Population of Palestinian prisoners: Palestinians have been tortured in Zionist prisons’
According to Al Jazeera, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Community, a human rights group active in the field of prisoners, reported on the behavior of the Zionist regime towards its prisoners.
Based on this, in the statement published by this community, it is stated: According to the testimony of the Palestinian detainees, many of them were forcibly detained by the Zionist forces in Gaza and were tortured in captivity.
This statement adds: Thousands of Palestinians are now in the custody of this regime without the Zionists publishing their names and identities. By hiding the identity of these prisoners and their place of detention, Tel Aviv prevents the International Red Cross from meeting them.
This community emphasizes: A small number of these detainees in Gaza who have been released recently have reported that they were violently detained and tortured during their captivity. Zionist soldiers mistreated these prisoners and humiliated them.
The community of Palestinian prisoners, criticizing the Zionist regime and pointing to the lack of accurate statistics on the number of detainees by this regime, pointed out that Tel Aviv authorities refuse to announce the number of prisoners who died in prison. We once again emphasize the necessity of conducting an international investigation into the serious crimes committed against Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons.
