PNN – A prominent Zionist commentator has accused the Israeli cabinet of designing and implementing a targeted program of ethnic cleansing in Gaza.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Middle East Eye, prominent Israeli commentator Gideon Levy has accused the Israeli cabinet of designing and implementing a targeted program of ethnic cleansing in Gaza in a controversial article.

He wrote in an article in Haaretz: One person designed it, its strengths and weaknesses were discussed, alternatives were proposed, and options for a one-time or phased cleanup were discussed, and all of this took place in air-conditioned conference rooms, minutes were taken, and decisions were made.

Levy considered this process a turning point in the war and emphasized that the current war is not only planned, but also pursued with a criminal purpose; a purpose that, in his opinion, has engaged the Israeli army in a war of ethnic cleansing.

He added: For the first time since the start of the revenge war in Gaza, it is clear that Israel has a plan in mind, and this plan is comprehensive, and we are no longer facing an aimless war.

This article refers to the Israeli army’s plans to forcibly relocate all residents of the Gaza Strip to the southern regions, which Levy likened to a “camp.”
