Protesters block streets leading to the Israeli Knesset.
Israeli police used force to disperse protesters who had blocked roads around the Knesset (Israeli parliament) in occupied Jerusalem, the Hebrew newspaper Haaretz reported, citing Al Jazeera.
Israeli media reported that police arrested five protesting settlers who had blocked roads around the Knesset.
The settlers protested Netanyahu’s decision to dismiss the head of the Shin Bet and demanded the cabinet’s commitment to implementing the ceasefire agreement to release prisoners held in the Gaza Strip.
