Protesters in Sweden demanded an end to the Zionist regime’s genocide in Gaza

PNN – Protesters against the crimes of the Zionist regime demonstrated on Saturday in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, and condemned the genocide of this regime and the killing of Palestinian children.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Anatoly, Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg was among the five thousand people who participated in this demonstration.

Protesters held banners that read: “Stop the genocide” and “Children are being killed in Gaza.”

Thunberg told reporters on the sidelines of the demonstration: “Anyone who can do something should raise their voice and do whatever is possible to stop it.”

He emphasized: Silence during genocide means complicity with it. We have to play a role, for example, countries like Sweden should boycott Israeli companies, cut off their investment and impose sanctions.

After 351 days of the Zionist regime’s war against the residents of the Gaza Strip, this war, which was launched with the two stated goals of destroying the Hamas movement and returning the Zionist prisoners on October 7, 2023, has not yet reached its goals.

The criminal war of the Zionist regime army against the Gaza Strip is in its twelfth month while the Zionist regime and the Hamas movement, with the mediation of Qatar and Egypt and with the presence of the United States, started indirect and volatile negotiations to reach an agreement a few months ago. But so far, no result has been reached due to Tel Aviv’s failure.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Friday that since October 7, 2023, at the same time as the “Al-Aqsa Storm” operation, 41,391 Palestinians have been martyred in the Gaza Strip and 95,760 others have been injured.
