– These commitments do not cancel Israel’s or Lebanon’s right to self-defense.
– Official security and military forces in Lebanon are the only armed groups allowed to carry weapons or use forces in southern Lebanon.

– All infrastructures and military positions will be dismantled and all weapons without permission will be confiscated.
– A committee will be formed that is accepted by Israel and Lebanon and its job is to monitor and help ensure the implementation of these commitments.
– Lebanon and Israel will notify this committee and the United Nations peacekeeping forces (UNIFIL) of any possible violation of commitments.
– Israel will gradually withdraw its forces to the south of the blue line (the line drawn by the United Nations between Lebanon and the occupied territories) within 60 days.
– America will move towards strengthening the indirect negotiations between Israel and Lebanon to reach the borders agreed by the parties.
“Amos Hochstein”, the US special envoy to Lebanon, said an hour ago that the ceasefire between Lebanon and the Israeli regime is permanent and ends hostile actions.
He added: All clauses and principles of Resolution 1701 must be implemented along with the monitoring mechanism that guarantees it, and the monitoring mechanism for the implementation of the ceasefire is now established and works to prevent any violation of this ceasefire.
Simultaneously with the implementation of the ceasefire in the war on the Lebanese front, the results of the latest survey in the occupied territories show that the majority of Zionists believe that the Zionist regime could not defeat Hezbollah.
Based on these results, 60.8% of the respondents said that the Israeli regime did not win over Hezbollah.
These results also showed that only 25.8% of the respondents believe that the Israeli regime has won, and another 13.4% said that they are not sure about this. The ceasefire on the Lebanese front has faced widespread criticism from the internal political circles of the Zionist regime, and they described such an agreement as a failure and a failure of this regime.
