PNN – A British television reporter published an analytical note on the recent meeting between the Israeli Prime Minister and the US President at the White House, writing that the main purpose of the hasty invitation to Benjamin Netanyahu was to announce Washington’s negotiations with Tehran; an action that, according to the reporter, placed the Israeli Prime Minister in a humiliating position.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Alistair Bankall, Sky News’ senior Middle East correspondent, wrote: It is now clear why the Israelis were summoned to the White House so quickly; the United States and Iran are on the verge of nuclear talks, and Trump has announced that these talks will be held “almost at the highest level.”
He added, pointing out that Trump made this matter public in front of Netanyahu: The Israeli prime minister had to sit there, listen, and accept it. By doing so in the Oval Office of the White House, Trump displayed his power and effectively forced Netanyahu to accept the outcome.

Zionist analysts: Netanyahu did not travel to the US, but was summoned.
The British analyst continued: Trump says Iran is in “great danger” if the talks fail, but he has not directly threatened military action. Trump wants a deal, Israel is not in the talks, and Netanyahu’s ability to influence the talks – if they don’t go his way – will be very limited.
Referring to the coverage of this meeting in the Zionist media, Bankal added: Some Israeli media outlets have described the meeting as a humiliation for Netanyahu. I suspect he left the White House worried, and perhaps angry.
US President Donald Trump claimed during a meeting with Netanyahu at the White House that Washington has entered into direct talks with Iran and that an important, high-level meeting is scheduled to be held. Without mentioning the location or composition of the negotiating team, he claimed: Some say these negotiations will be through intermediaries and with the participation of other countries, but the reality is that we are in direct contact with them.
At the same time, CNN reported, citing informed sources that the goal of the talks is to try to reach a new agreement to replace the JCPOA. Steve Whittaker, Trump’s Middle East envoy, had previously said that Washington was seeking to build trust with Tehran and avoid conflict.
In response to Trump’s remarks, Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, confirmed in a message on the X social network that Tehran and Washington will hold “high-level indirect talks” in Oman on Saturday. He added: This is an opportunity and a test; the ball is in America’s court.
