Putin and Bin Salman’s conversation about developments in West Asia

PNN – The Kremlin spokesman said that the Russian President and the Saudi Crown Prince discussed the latest situation and developments in the West Asian region during their meeting in Riyadh.

According to the International group of Pakistan News Network, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced early Thursday that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman discussed the situation in the West Asian region.

Peskov explained in a statement: “Putin and the Saudi Crown Prince discussed cooperation within the framework of OPEC+ and emphasized the importance of the stability of the energy market.”

According to “Sputnik” news agency, he also added: “Currently, there is no discussion about joint peace plans between Russia and Saudi Arabia.”

The Kremlin spokesman said about the consultations between the two sides: “Russia’s investment cooperation with the countries of the Middle East will continue, taking into account the number of [Moscow’s] enemies.”

According to the report, Peskov continued: “The West says it wants to end the [Ukrainian] war as soon as possible, but providing money and military support to Kiev is prolonging it.”

According to Sputnik, he also added that the visit of the Saudi Crown Prince to Russia will be discussed through diplomatic channels and there are no details about it yet.

The Russian president had previously said that the long-term conflict in occupied Palestine has reached the conditions of a real humanitarian disaster.
