PNN – The President of Russia reacted to the insulting words of his American counterpart, the White House justified Biden’s remarks with national security issues, and the Russian Embassy in Washington sent a sharp formal protest to the US State Department in this regard.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing “Tass” news agency, Russian President Vladimir Putin reacted to US President Joe Biden’s comments about him yesterday.
In a conversation with the reporter of Russia’s First TV channel, Putin recalled that he was previously asked which American president is more useful for Russia, and he replied that Russia will work with any American leader, but Biden is easier for Russia.
The Russian president said: And according to what he said now, I was absolutely right. Because this is an appropriate response to what I said. Why? Because he can’t say to me: “Vladimir, you did a good job, thank you, you helped me a lot.” We understand what’s going on in terms of domestic politics in the United States, and this response is entirely appropriate, so I was right.
Putin recalled that he expressed his opinion about which American leader he prefers to a domestic audience, not to the Americans. Emphasizing that his view on this matter has not changed, the Russian leader added: “As I said before, I still think and I can repeat: ‘Biden is better for Russia.’
Biden recently called Putin crazy at a campaign rally in San Francisco.

Protest letter of the Russian Embassy regarding the insult to Putin
The Russian Embassy in Washington has sent a “strong letter of protest” to the US State Department over Joe Biden’s insulting remarks about the Russian president.
This issue was announced last night by Anatoly Antonov, the Russian ambassador to America. He said: As soon as the work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs started this morning, we sent a strong and decisive letter of protest about the insulting and unacceptable nature of the insult made by the President of the United States about President Putin.
In the White House, they linked Biden’s offensive words with threats to national security
John Kirby, coordinator of strategic communications at the White House National Security Council, said at a press conference that national security issues “threatened by Russia and its allies” were the main motivation for President Joe Biden’s harsh remarks.
This White House official recalled that during the entire period of Biden’s tenure as the President of the United States, he has repeatedly mentioned that the country has serious problems in the field of national security, especially in cases related to Russia, and there are not a few of them.
On Thursday, the US president insulted Vladimir Putin during a campaign fundraiser in San Francisco. Biden allowed himself a new expletive while discussing nuclear war. He said that “this person is an existential threat to humanity, like the weather”.
For his part, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov noted that it was embarrassing and shameful for Biden to allow himself to say new insults about Putin. He emphasized that the impolite words coming out of the mouth of the American leader cannot harm the Russian president.
