PNN – The movements and subversive actions of the Zionist military in the city of Quneitra in the south of Syria continue while the people of this city insist that they are not under the burden of occupation.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoting al-Arabi al-Jadeed, the Israeli military continues to destroy and destroy agricultural lands in the town of “Jabatha al-Kham” in Quneitra, and during these actions, a large part of the trees were uprooted.
Some sources in this province informed Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed that these measures coincide with the strengthening of the occupation regime’s military positions in Quneitra province, which was exacerbated by the visit of Israel Katz, the war minister of this regime, to the region on Tuesday and his visit to its military centers.
The Zionist regime’s media quoted Katz as saying that Israeli soldiers will remain in “Jabal al-Sheikh” for an indefinite period to ensure the security of the Golan Heights.
Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed reported: In parallel, the towns and villages of Quneitra and the southwestern suburbs of Daraa have witnessed traffic bans since Tuesday until today.
Local sources also announced that residents are in their homes and there is no traffic.
Syrian activist Saeed Al-Mohammed told Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed: The situation is very bad and unbearable. People’s work has stopped and worry and fear rule.
He added: “The people have no support, back and shelter.” No one pays attention to their wishes. The world community has become deaf and blind, and frustration and despair prevail, and the people do not have a supporter or a government to back them up.
This Syrian activist continued: It seems that the Israeli occupiers have no intention of leaving and are looking for sedition among the residents of Quneitra. They claim that they have come to support a sect, while this sect opposes their presence.
Al-Mohammed added: We are united and we will not remain silent until the occupiers leave. The international and Arab silence regarding the actions of the occupiers in Quneitra province is shameful. There is no other name for this silence except conspiracy against southern Syria.
While expressing his surprise that the new rulers of Damascus did not take a serious position, he said: Has Quneitra been removed from the map of Syria and we don’t know? Verbal positions do not help us and do not solve a problem; the new government must save us. We will not give in to the occupation and we will not remain silent.
This news is published while the spokesman of the Syrian Military Operations Department announced on Wednesday night the appointment of “Abu Mohammad Al-Jolani” as the new president of this country in the transitional phase.
Hassan Abdul Ghani announced in a statement: We introduce Ahmed Al-Shora as the president of the country in the transitional phase and he is the country’s representative on the international stage.
He added: The president is responsible for forming the temporary legislative assembly for the transitional phase, and this assembly will perform its duties until the drafting and implementation of the new constitution.
It is stated in this statement: The 2012 Constitution is canceled and the implementation of its laws is stopped.
According to this statement, December 8, 2024 will be designated as the victory day of the Syrian revolution and the army of the former regime will be dissolved and the new Syrian army will be established.
