Republicans’ efforts to Harris’ failure to attract the votes of Arab community of Michigan

PNN – An American media announced: A Republican-affiliated group has bought digital ads telling voters in Arab American community of Michigan about Vice President Kamala Harris’ ties to Israel.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the CNN news channel on Tuesday local time announced this and added that Harris is trying to balance his positions on this issue and maintain relations with the Arab American community in this important state.

Michigan has a significant Arab American population. About 13 percent of Democratic primary voters in the state, or more than 100,000 people, chose to be “non-committal” instead of voting for Joe Biden, sending a message to the US government opposing Biden’s stance on the war in Gaza.

The narrator of the Republican-affiliated group in the Harris campaign says: Harris has chosen the right party. Harris has clarified his position. He stands by Israel and the Jewish people. He understands the unbreakable bond between America and Israel.

He goes on to describe how Harris “hosted” the Israeli prime minister when Benjamin Netanyahu was in Washington and “answered the protesters.”

In the continuation of these advertisements, it is stated: And the supporters of Free Palestine? They hate Harris. Because Kamala Harris knows about it. We can trust that he will always support Israel.

Versions of the 30-second video have been shared on Facebook and Instagram in Michigan, according to Meta data. Similar content has also been shared in Snapchat ads.

But the upcoming coalition, known as PAC, has bought ads on all systems. According to the obtained documents, the political action committee that was formed recently named Ray Zaborni, a Republican strategist, as its financial officer.

Kamala Harris, the Vice President of the United States of America, said in a group of reporters, after meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who traveled to Washington DC: I made clear my serious concern about the dire humanitarian situation there. I will not be silent.

Harris’s comments, which had a harsh and serious tone, reflect a possible change in the US’s attitude towards Netanyahu after the presidency of Joe Biden.

According to reports, in this meeting and in his “candid” talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the US vice president put a lot of pressure on him about the current humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.

At the same time, Harris told reporters: Israel has the right to defend itself and how it is done is important. He said that he assured Netanyahu that he would support Israel and called for an end to this war.

The US vice president also called the Hamas resistance movement a “ruthless terrorist organization” and said that Hamas initiated the war on October 7.
