Putin continued: The West is trying to expand NATO even to South Asia. He added: “The West wants to change international laws with the rules it sets itself.” Our counterparts in America and Western countries are trying to teach others how to interact with these rules. who are you? Putin continued: In Iran, we saw that one American government had an approach and the next government adopted the opposite approach. How to interact with this? Are these the rules that are supposed to replace the rules?
