The representative of Russia in the United Nations said that the Zionist regime is engaged in ethnic cleansing in the Gaza Strip and that the United States has also paralyzed the Security Council so that it does not issue a resolution.

Stating that a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza will not be useful, Nebenzia explained: “The time for other temporary measures has passed and the priority is to stop the bloodshed and killing in Gaza.”
He stated that the interim Zionist regime ignores the opinion of the overwhelming majority of the United Nations to end the violence, and stated: “Violating international laws under the pretext of fighting terrorism is not justified.”
This Russian diplomat stated that the countries opposing the ceasefire in Gaza have double standards; He stated: “Israeli attacks continue and rejects all requests for a ceasefire.”
While pointing to the ongoing process of ethnic cleansing in the Gaza Strip by the occupiers, Nebenzia added: “There is a human catastrophe taking place in Gaza and the West Bank that we have never seen before. The siege of Gaza is complete, this strip is cut off from the world and no one knows what is happening there.
Criticizing Washington’s obstruction of the Security Council’s approval of ceasefire resolutions in the Gaza Strip, he emphasized: “America has paralyzed the Security Council and prevented it from deciding what is happening in Gaza.”
The representative of Russia at the United Nations added that a full negotiation process should be started between the Palestinians and the Zionists, adding: “Despite the obvious reactions in the world, Israel has started plans to evacuate the population of the Gaza Strip.”
The members of the United Nations Security Council gathered on Tuesday morning to hold an emergency meeting regarding the critical situation in the Gaza Strip and the continuation of the criminal attacks of the Zionist interim regime on this area at the request of the United Arab Emirates.
