Sabrina Singh: Attacks on American bases are increasing

PNN – The deputy spokesperson of the US Department of Defense Sabrina Singh said that the country’s forces have been attacked at least 40 times in the last three weeks, 22 times in Iraq and 18 times in Syria.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, “Sabrina Singh”, the deputy spokesperson of the US Ministry of Defense, said on Tuesday evening that the attacks of the resistance groups on the country’s bases in Syria and Iraq are increasing.

“We are seeing an increase in attacks, but so far, we have not seen significant casualties, we have not had significant damage to our infrastructure,” Singh explained during a press conference.

In response to the question of whether American deterrence works against resistance groups that are accused of attacking American bases in Syria and Iraq since mid-October; “Our deterrence is incredibly strong right now,” she claimed.

“We are sending an incredible message to any state or non-state actor that wants to get involved in the [Gaza] war,” the Pentagon official said, according to Anatolia news agency.

Singh also added that between October 17 and November 7, US forces were attacked at least 40 times, 22 times in Iraq and 18 times in Syria.

Stating that the total number of injured American troops in these attacks is 46, she added: “These attacks include a combination of offensive drones and missiles.”

Following the intensification of the war in the occupied Palestinian territories, American bases in different areas of Iraq and Syria have been attacked in the past few days, and dozens of American soldiers have been injured as a result of these attacks. The resistance attacks forced the American occupation forces to withdraw two-thirds of their military and “civilian” personnel in Iraq, in addition to the departure of the ambassador and key staff, within just one week.
