PNN – News sources reported the signing of a military partnership agreement between Saudi Arabia and the United States.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing the Saudi Arabian State News Agency, the Saudi Ministry of Defense signed a military partnership agreement with the US National Guard for the states of Indiana and Oklahoma.
The ceremony was held at the Saudi Armed Forces Officers’ Club in Riyadh and was attended by a number of senior officials from both sides, along with officials from the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of the Saudi National Guard.

The agreement was signed by the Saudi Ministry of Defense in the presence of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Fayez bin Hamed Al-Ruwaily, the Chief of Staff of the US National Guard, Lieutenant General Steven Nordhaus, the Deputy General of the Oklahoma National Guard, General Thomas Mancino, and the Deputy General of the Indiana National Guard, Brigadier General Lawrence Muenick.
This agreement is within the framework of the International Partnership Program (SPP) affiliated with the Department of Defense, which includes more than (115) international partnerships around the world and aims to strengthen defense and security cooperation through training, exchange of experiences, and support for security and stability efforts.
The agreement covers several key areas, including developing joint defense capabilities, increasing the readiness of the Saudi armed forces, participating in joint military exercises, developing leadership and strategic planning, strengthening crisis response and management, and building sustainable institutional partnerships.
It also includes conducting exchange visits, joint field exercises in the two countries, officer exchange programs, sharing experiences, and organizing specialized workshops in the fields of leadership and planning, artificial intelligence, and crisis management, along with social and cultural projects that strengthen cooperation and closeness between the two sides.
