Saudi Arabia: Palestinians have the right to live in their land.
Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister pointed out that the temporary ceasefire in Gaza is not enough, and emphasized the need for a permanent ceasefire.
Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Faisal Bin Farhan said on Wednesday that a temporary ceasefire in Gaza is not enough.
Ben Farhan said: “After the temporary ceasefire achieved by the efforts of Egypt and Qatar, there was a glimmer of hope, but a temporary ceasefire is not enough and we want a permanent ceasefire.”
He stated: “We are working to achieve a credible peace that allows Palestinians and Israelis to live together within the framework of a two-state solution, and voices calling for a ceasefire are also increasing in the international community.”
He added: “Palestinians do not want to leave their land and they have the right to live in security, dignity, and peace in their land. The international community should act to stop the killing end the siege and provide humanitarian aid to the Palestinians.”
