PNN – The Saudi National Shipping Company responded to news about the blockade of a Saudi ship carrying weapons for the Israeli regime in Italy.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Russia Al-Youm, the Saudi National Shipping Company issued a statement denying the news published about its participation in the transfer of weapons to the occupied territories.
The statement states that the company adheres to Saudi Arabia’s policies towards the Palestinian issue.

The statement further states that the company has never transported any cargo to the occupied territories and that all of its activities are under close supervision.
A few days ago, it was reported that employees of the port of Genoa, located in Italy, prevented the passage of the Saudi ship Yanbu carrying military weapons for the Israeli regime.
According to this report, the Saudi ship was heading to the region from the United States with military equipment when Genoa port staff realized that the equipment was being transported to the Israeli regime.
The report continues by saying that about 40 Genoa port employees boarded the Saudi ship and surrounded it.
Port officials pledged to establish a permanent monitoring mechanism to investigate arms smuggling after this incident.
