Secretary General of the United Nations: World Court rulings must be implemented.
The Secretary General of the United Nations emphasized the necessity of implementing the orders of the Hague Court by the Zionist regime in connection with the war in Gaza.

“Antonio Guterres”, the Secretary General of the United Nations, following the issuance of the interim rulings of the International Court of Justice regarding Gaza, has called the implementation of these rulings valid and binding.

According to Anatoly’s report, Guterres’ spokesman Stephane Dujarric said in a statement in this regard: The Secretary-General reminds that according to the charter and statute of the International Court of Justice, the judgments of this court are binding and he is sure that all parties will correctly They follow the orders of the court.

The said statement was issued after the International Court of Justice ordered the Zionist regime “to use all the capacities at its disposal” to prevent further bloodshed in Gaza and in line with the obligations of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. In the issued verdict, the court demanded the immediate release of all the prisoners.

In this statement, the Hague Court’s order to the Zionist regime is also mentioned, according to which this regime must ensure that the army does not commit the aforementioned violations.

In addition, the Secretary General of the United Nations has paid special attention to the order of the Hague Court to ensure the provision of essential basic services and humanitarian aid to deal with the unfavorable living conditions of Palestinians in Gaza.

According to Dujarric, Guterres will immediately send the notification of the interim measures ordered by the Hague Court to the Security Council for further consideration.

During a press conference, he told reporters: Guterres strongly believes that the decisions of the Hague Court should be respected. Because these decisions are binding and it is necessary to follow them.

Regarding Guterres’s request for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, Dujarric said: His position has been the same and everything is very clear. We have considered all the cases that the court has decided on.

In late December, South Africa submitted a genocide case against the Zionist regime to the International Court of Justice and asked the court to take immediate measures to end the mass killings and bloodshed in Gaza. Where the death toll has reached more than 26,000 since the beginning of October 7.

In this regard, the court ordered the Zionist regime to take “immediate measures” to provide urgently needed services and humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip, however, it did not issue an order to establish a ceasefire in this war.
