Siege of Gaza hospitals; Testimony of 3 patients due to lack of oxygen

PNN – The Palestinian Red Crescent announced, Sunday, February 11, that the few remaining hospitals in Gaza are still under siege and that the occupation’s prevention of medical equipment has led to the martyrdom of patients.

In the continuation of its statement, the Red Crescent emphasized that the claim of the Zionists about sending medical equipment to Amal Hospital is not true in any way, pointing out that the occupying regime destroyed the medical equipment of this hospital, attacked its personnel and arrested 9 people.

After 128 days of the occupation regime’s attacks on the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the Israeli army carried out 16 mass killings in the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours, as a result of which 117 Palestinians were martyred and 152 others were injured.

Now the number of Palestinian martyrs has exceeded 28,000 and the crimes of the occupying regime continue. In this situation, there are a large number of Palestinian martyrs in the streets and under the rubble, which the Israeli army does not allow to take them to hospitals.

According to today’s media reports, the army of the occupying regime has targeted the city of Khan Yunis, especially the area of ​​Nasser Hospital [one of the few remaining hospitals in Gaza] with a heavy artillery attack.

In another part of its statement, the Palestine Red Crescent emphasized that the occupying regime continues to prevent the entry of fuel for the continued operation of Amal Hospital’s generators, and this issue has put this hospital at risk of being out of service.
