PNN – Slovakia, stressing the need to start peace talks between Kiev and Moscow, announced that this country will not send a single soldier to Ukraine under any circumstances.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoted by Tass, Peter Pellegrini, the Speaker of the Slovak Parliament, said in a meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán on Monday: We stress that the only way to end the bloodshed in Ukraine is for the warring parties to have the courage to start peace talks.
Slovakia and Hungary have similar positions on the war in Ukraine. The Ukrainian government has cut off part of its military aid to Kiev.
French President Emmanuel Macron recently said after hosting a meeting in Paris with the presence of leaders and high-ranking officials of 20 countries: “Currently, there is no consensus to send troops to the battlefield.”

He added, but “nothing can be denied.” “We will do whatever it takes to prevent Russia from winning.”
In other words, the President of France asked the European countries as allies of Kyiv not to act cowardly regarding the issue of the war in Ukraine.
On the other hand, French Foreign Minister Stephane Sejournay said: There are doubts about the possibility of our long-term support for Ukraine.
He also said about the continuation of America’s support for Ukraine: the uncertainty about the American elections raises the question of whether Washington will be with us after that.
French Defense Minister Sébastien LeCorneau also said on Friday that there are currently no plans to send military forces to Ukraine.
