Son Of Ismail Haniyeh: A guided missile had tracked my father’s cell phone.

According to al-Arabiya, Abdulsalam Haniyeh, the son of Ismail Haniyeh, the martyred head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement, who was assassinated in the morning of August 10 in Tehran, put forward the new theory that his father was targeted by a missile that was guided by information received from his mobile phone.

In an interview in Doha, Abdul Salam Haniyeh emphasized: This guided missile had tracked the mobile phone that was in my father’s room and near his head on the night of the incident.

Haniyeh’s son denied the claims about the explosion of a bomb planted in the room of his father’s residence in Tehran and said: I think the claim about the presence of a bomb in the room is completely untrue. My father was attending an official function and had a cell phone, so the assassination operation couldn’t be too complicated.

He clarified: My father used his mobile phone regularly that day and even on the night of his martyrdom, he called by it until 22:15.

Abdussalam added: Personal bodyguards and other advisers were sitting only a few meters away from his room, so it is clear that if there was a bomb, the whole building would have exploded.

The son of Martyr Ismail Haniyeh emphasized that the attack on his father was carried out with the support of the United States.
