South Africa called for more action by The Hague Tribunal against the Israeli regime

PNN – With the escalation of Israel’s attacks on Rafah in southern Gaza, South Africa requested The Hague Court to announce more emergency measures against this regime.

According to Pakistan News Network’s report from “Anatolia”, South Africa announced: Israel’s attack on Rafah and the severe threat it poses to humanitarian aid and basic services, the life of the medical system and the survival of Palestinians in Gaza, is not the only escalation of the current situation in the region.

The war cabinet of the Israeli regime, despite international opposition, approved a ground attack on the city of Rafah, located in the south of the Gaza Strip, and the army of this regime has occupied the Palestinian part of the Rafah crossing in the east of this city. In this way, Rafah witnessed the Israeli regime’s heavy shelling and airstrikes in all its areas, including the residential areas, and this regime closed the only gate of the Palestinians of Gaza to the world by attacking the Rafah crossing.

Previously, South Africa had submitted a complaint against the Zionist regime to the International Court of Justice for violating the Genocide Convention.

The preliminary ruling of the International Court of Justice was issued regarding South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime; This ruling obliges the Zionist regime to take measures to prevent the genocide in Gaza.
