According to the International group of Pakistan News Network, South African Foreign Minister Naldi Pandor, in response to the judgment of The Hague Court against the Zionist regime, expressed his disappointment that the decision of this court did not mention a ceasefire and said: Other countries contacted us and will join us at The Hague Tribunal.

The hearing of the judgment of the International Court of Justice about South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime for the genocide in the Gaza Strip began (Friday).

Saying that “we want action, not comment”, Pandor emphasized that there are clear orders from the court that we want to implement. Without a ceasefire, we will not be able to send humanitarian aid [to Gaza].”

He told Al Jazeera news channel: I will not be surprised by Israel’s reaction. If Israel respects international law, this issue will be clear in a month.

Pointing out that “we all have to keep an eye on Israel”, this African minister clarified: America should play an active role in the issue of the two-state solution.

Donoghue went on to explain that The Hague Court also considered the statements of the Zionist authorities regarding the dehumanization of the Palestinians: “Israel must comply with the requirements of the non-genocide convention.”

While pointing out that most of the residents of Gaza do not have access to water, food, medicine and basic life facilities, he added: “We recognize the right of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip to protect themselves from the acts of genocide.”

The South African government also responded to the decision of The Hague Court and said: We welcome the temporary measures imposed by the International Court of Justice against Israel. This ruling is a decisive victory for the rule of law and an important milestone in finding justice for the Palestinian people.
