South Africa’s new anti-Israel appeal to the Hague Tribunal.
The South African government on Wednesday asked the International Court of Justice to take more emergency measures against the Israeli regime following the “massive famine” caused by the regime’s aggression in the Gaza Strip.
Al Jazeera news channel reported on Wednesday night that South Africa asked the International Court of Justice to take more emergency measures against the Zionist regime.
South Africa also called for immediate action by the Hague Tribunal to prevent famine in the Gaza Strip.
The representative of this country in the International Court of Justice announced that there is a need for more measures to ensure the safety and health of 2.3 million Palestinians in Gaza.
Earlier, Vincent Maguinya, the official spokesman of the President of South Africa, called for immediate action to ensure that further genocide is prevented in the Gaza Strip.
These statements were made after the South African government submitted an urgent request to the International Court of Justice to review Israel’s decision to expand the military operations of the occupying regime’s army in Rafah and to prevent the implementation of this decision by the Zionist regime’s army.
Earlier, South Africa filed a complaint against the Zionist regime to the International Court of Justice for violating the Genocide Convention.
