Spain joins South Africa’s complaint against Tel Aviv’
According to Al Jazeera, Spain also joined the jirga of countries supporting South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime due to the genocide in Gaza.
Based on this, the International Court of Justice announced that Spain has officially requested to appear as a petitioner in South Africa’s complaint against Israel due to the genocide in Gaza.
At the end of December, South Africa filed a lawsuit against the Zionist regime regarding the genocide of Palestinians in Gaza at the International Court of Justice, presenting extensive evidence.
Earlier this month, Madrid authorities announced their desire to join the case against Tel Aviv. This happens after Turkey joined this case as a claimant before Spain.
Now, because of what happened in Gaza, the International Criminal Court has issued a request to prosecute Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, and Yoav Galant, the Minister of War of this regime.
In addition to applying genocidal policy in Gaza, the Zionist authorities have shown their intention to ethnically cleanse Gaza of Palestinians by using words such as “humanoid animals” about Palestinians.
