The Guardian, referring to Dutch politicians’ targeting of Muslims, refugees, and other minorities to attract votes, added: Tomorrow’s election has become an important test of democratic values and Dutch identity.

In the previous election, the Freedom Party led by Wilders surprised the country by winning the most votes, forming a fragile coalition that lasted only 11 months.

The Dutch elections are being held on Wednesday, as Ingrid Conradi, leader of the far-right party JA21, withdrew from the coalition with Wilders.

According to a Bloomberg report, Conradi is expected to be able to take some of the Dutch neoconservative votes away from Wilders.
