Spy for Iran found in Iron Dome

Spy

PNN – The Israeli Channel 12 reported on the infiltration of one of the most sensitive layers of Israeli defense. The case is just one example of an unprecedented wave of spy that the Shin Bet has described as “an unprecedented security threat in recent decades.”

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, according to the Zionist Channel 12, as the conflicts continue, a rare espionage case has been exposed in the Israeli defense structure. “Raz Cohen”, 26, a resident of occupied Jerusalem and a reserve soldier active in the “Iron Dome” defense system, is accused of providing them with highly sensitive information about the deployment of this system and the location of military bases through continuous communication with Iranian agents.

According to the report, the contact between this individual and Iranian agents began about two months before the start of the recent war, via the Telegram messaging app. The initial contact was allegedly made via a direct message, which claimed that one of your friends introduced you and said you were serving in an interesting position. The media outlet writes that to increase pressure on this regime soldier, Iranian security forces told him that we have complete information about you and your family and we know where and how you live.

Leaked information: exact coordinates and names of commanders

Investigations show that the defendant was aware of the nature of the other party from the very beginning, but nevertheless cooperated and even revealed the details of his service in the “Iron Dome” system. During this communication, he transferred information, including the exact coordinates of some military bases, the names of commanders, and technical details related to this defense system, in exchange for a sum of money.

The individual was arrested on the second day of the recent war. Channel 12 concluded: Security sources continue to warn that Iran, even in wartime, is continuously trying to recruit new intelligence sources inside Israel, and they are using a variety of methods to do so.

400% increase in espionage in occupied territories

This case is just one of dozens of similar cases in the unprecedented wave of espionage in favor of Iran that has gripped the Israeli regime’s security structures in the last three years.

According to the official annual report published by the Shabak (Israeli Internal Security Service), in 2025 alone, 25 Zionists were indicted on charges of spying for Iran.

According to this report, the use of Israelis as spies increased by 400% in 2025 compared to 2024, while 2024 itself saw a 400% increase compared to 2023 and previous years.

Israeli security officials have described the trend as “unprecedented in recent decades” and one of the most serious security threats in the regime’s history. According to Israeli sources, Iran is continuously infiltrating, even in the midst of war and widespread conflict, using online methods (such as Telegram and similar messengers), financial offers via crypto currencies, threats, or even voluntary recruitment.

The Shin Bet has warned that hundreds of other people are likely involved in these networks, and that these intrusions have caused direct damage to national security, with some of the information sent even being linked to Iranian missile and drone attacks.

In this regard, some reports, such as documents released from the Damon security prison, indicate that dozens of Zionists accused of spying for Iran are being held in Ward 21 of this prison. Prison officials have emphasized that there is “no sign of remorse” in the behavior of these prisoners; many continue to try to send messages to the outside world or maintain their previous connections. Examples such as Jacob Perl (a dual citizen who even declared in prison that he has no regrets and intends to continue recruiting for Iran) indicate the depth of the problem.
