PNN – The spiritual leader of the Syrian Druze reacted to the ceasefire announced in Sweida province.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al-Mayadeen, Hikmat Al-Hajri, the spiritual leader of the Syrian Druze, stressed that checkpoints will be established outside the administrative borders of Sweida province. This measure will be carried out based on negotiations under the supervision of the countries that guarantee the ceasefire.

He added: Any group is prohibited from entering border villages for 48 hours after the ceasefire is implemented. We call on all internal groups not to leave the administrative borders of Sweida and to refrain from any provocative actions.
Al-Hajri stated: The tribes remaining in various areas of Sweida province can safely leave this province.
It should be noted that the terrorist regime of Golani announced an hour before the ceasefire in Syria was implemented. Since Sunday, the province of Sweida has witnessed bloody clashes between tribes and Druze forces, in addition to the Israeli regime’s air attacks on the country.
