These statements were made after media sources reported the possible visit of Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Ati to Damascus, but an Egyptian source stated that the news about this trip is not true.
The armed opposition in Syria started their operations in the northwestern, western and southwestern regions of Aleppo from November 27, 2024, with the aim of removing Bashar Assad from power, and finally, after eleven days, they announced their control over the city of Damascus and the departure of Assad from the country.
In this regard, “Mohammed al-Bashir”, who was appointed as the head of the transitional period of Syria, officially assumed the headship of the transitional government of this country until next March.
After the appointment of al-Bashir, the leadership of the Syrian armed opposition appointed al-Shibani as the foreign minister of the transitional government of this country.
