Tel Aviv insists on violating ceasefire; we will destroy Hezbollah’s infrastructure.
Since the beginning of the 60-day ceasefire in Lebanon, which recently ended with the Zionist withdrawal from the villages of the south of the country following the large presence of Lebanese in these areas, the Israeli army has continued to violate the provisions of the ceasefire.
In this regard, the Yedioth Aharonot newspaper wrote on Wednesday, quoting a Zionist military official, that the Israeli army will target any infrastructure in Lebanon that is considered a threat and has not yet been handed over to the Lebanese army.
Continuing his claims, this Zionist official, while openly interfering in the affairs of the Lebanese government, added: As long as the Lebanese army does not fulfill its duties and does not have the sufficient ability to carry out its duties, we do not recommend transferring control of southern Lebanon to the Lebanese army!
He added: We will continue our actions to eliminate any infrastructure in Lebanon that is a threat or may be considered a threat in the future.
Continuing his exaggerations, while not mentioning the responsibilities of UNIFIL and the Lebanese army, he added: “The responsibility of ensuring that Hezbollah’s infrastructure is not re-established lies with the Israeli army!”
He went on to state that the Israeli army is planning to target Hezbollah’s infrastructure near the city of Galilee (a city in the north of the occupied territories).
The Israeli military official went on to report on the Israeli army’s target bank, which includes a long list of Hezbollah weapons sites in the eastern part of the country, adjacent to the Galilee and stated that the Israeli army will take action to destroy them within the next three weeks.
