The report states that this approach aligns with the Zionist regime’s desire to establish strategic cooperation in coastal areas of the Red Sea aimed at confronting Yemen’s Ansarullah forces.

Ma’ariv added that legitimizing the UAE’s proxies in southern Yemen aims to create a direct military and intelligence foothold for the Zionist regime on the coasts of Yemen overlooking the strategic Bab-el-Mandeb passage.

The “Al Arabiya” news network also reported yesterday, citing Hebrew sources, that the leader of the so-called Southern Transitional Council has had intensive secret communications with officials of the Zionist regime to garner international support for the project of separating southern Yemen in exchange for recognizing the occupation by the Zionist regime.
