According to Hebrew reports, the firing of RPG rockets by the resistance at two buildings in Khan Yunis led to the explosion of mines that were already planted in the building; The destruction of these two buildings killed and injured a large number of Israeli soldiers inside the buildings.

Israeli army spokesman Daniel Hagari admitted about this heavy defeat that our mission is carried out in a difficult security situation and “what happened yesterday was a real tragedy; This war has a very, very heavy price.”

Yediot Aharanot newspaper wrote in additional reports that “in the battles of the past day, 7 soldiers were seriously injured”. In confirmation of this news, Soroka Hospital announced that yesterday it admitted 7 soldiers wounded in the battles in southern Gaza with serious injuries.
