PNN – The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Watch warned that the Israeli army, by employing a “scorched earth” policy, is trying to force and intimidate hundreds of thousands of residents and refugees of Gaza City to leave their homes.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing Shahab News Agency, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Watch warned that the Israeli army, by employing a “scorched earth” policy, is trying to force hundreds of thousands of residents and refugees of Gaza City to leave their homes through force and intimidation.

This human rights organization announced in a statement released on Friday: By intensifying the mass killing of civilians, expanding the destruction of remaining residential buildings, and completely shutting down relief efforts, the occupying army has effectively created a situation where opposing forced displacement amounts to “deliberate and systematic mass execution.”

According to the Observatory, on Thursday evening, the Israeli army issued illegal evacuation orders for seven centers affiliated with domestic and international health and relief organizations in Gaza City, an action aimed at completely paralyzing life-saving medical and humanitarian activities.

The report states: Such actions are part of a recent military offensive that has continued for more than a month and is being pursued within the framework of a clear plan to consolidate military control over Gaza and empty it of its inhabitants; a plan that risks turning the city into a devastated area devoid of any living conditions.

According to the statement, in just one day, 15 houses in the al-Shati camp in western Gaza were targeted by airstrikes, while multi-story residential towers in the city center were destroyed. These actions were clearly aimed at increasing the suffering of the people and depriving them of the minimum means of survival.

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Watch noted that in recent days, along with the issuance of evacuation orders and widespread demolitions of homes and housing centers, the daily massacres have intensified, with 70 to 80 percent of the daily victims in the entire Gaza Strip being from Gaza City.
