PNN – Tens of thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters called for a ceasefire in the streets of Melbourne, Australia, for the tenth consecutive Sunday since the start of the Gaza war.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the main streets of Melbourne city were once again filled with protesters who had demanded a ceasefire dozens of times since the start of the war.
“There is only one solution – an intifada revolution,” chanted Palestinian supporters in Australia as they carried Palestinian flags and placards reading “Cease fire now.”
Intifada is an Arabic word that means “rebellion”, which originally refers to the resistance movements of the Palestinian people against the Zionist regime.
Supporters of Palestinians in the city of Melbourne during their protest march also demand a boycott of “Starbucks”; American chain coffee shop companies with more than 28,000 branches around the world were arrested for supporting the crimes of the Zionist regime.
The hashtag “#boycottstarbucks” (Boycott Starbucks) has been published about five thousand times in the virtual space and has been visited more than 42 million times in a period of 30 days.
Since the beginning of the Gaza war, 72 days have passed and more than 19,000 Palestinians, including 8,000 children, have been martyred.
In this regard, Anatolia news agency reported yesterday (Saturday) that hundreds of protesters, including children, staged a demonstration in front of the Spanish Parliament building in Madrid and demanded an end to the killing of Palestinian children.
